Since 1999, Madeleine has been teaching an array of cooking classes.
For over five years, she taught her popular (and often sold-out) Thai cooking classes at the LCBO and Loblaws where she introduced hundreds of students to galangal, coconut milk and lime leaves.
In 2003, the non-profit organization FoodShare asked Madeleine to teach a series of nutritious, fresh produce classes for breast cancer-survivors.
She’s also provided vegetable workshops to Princess Margaret Hospital dietitians and has taught at several cookware shops in Toronto.
Madeleine also teaches private Thai cooking classes to corporate groups in her home.
